Jim bought a Pedego Electric Bike about a year ago, and sadly it was stolen from his garage recently.  He was really bummed out, and his wife told him, "You ride that bike every day of your life!  Now go buy another one!!!" 

She didn't have to twist his arm much to convince him.  Not only did he LOVE his E-bike, but he had a really great experience dealing with the kind folks at Pedego.  He bought his first bike at Mike's Bikes, and he told us they didn't seem to know much about it.  So when he had a trouble with his charger he called Pedego directly and got one of the founders, Don DiCostanzo, on the phone.  The very next day he got a new charger in the mail, free of charge of course, along with a cool Pedego T-shirt for his trouble.  (Pedego is known for this kind of fast, friendly service. They do whatever it takes to please the customer- and then some.) 

When it came time to buy his second Pedego, Jim did his homework this time and came to Practical Cycle in Old Sacramento.  Here he is with his brand new black Classic Comfort Cruiser with a creme balloon package and extended life battery.  He gladly rode it home to Fair Oaks.
