Patsy thought she wouldn't be able to commute by bike because she usually wears a skirt to work.  Then a friend referred her to Practical Cycle, and she found our website where she learned the truth!  You don't need special clothes to ride a Practical Cycle- no spandex, no funny shoes, no problem!!!  So yesterday she came in and purchased this Breezer Uptown 8, which comes with fenders and a complete chain case so her skirt won't get dirty or caught on her way to work.  And to our delight, she came back today for a market bag to do her shopping by bike too!
